Description

Most production facilities rely on Programmable Logic Controllers throughout their processes. This hands-on course will help participants understand the basics of PLCs and start them on their way to programming, maintaining and troubleshooting these devices. While the principles taught apply to any programmable controller, the hands-on activities will use Allen Bradley equipment and RSLogix 5000 software.

Walk Away With:

  • Training workbook, with extensive notes, to use during the course and on the job site.
  • Certification of Completion provided by CSI Workforce Development and Training.
  • 8 Hours of Electrical CEU credits through the Idaho Division of Building Safety.

Who Should Attend?

This course is ideal for an electrician or technician who works on or around industrial processes. Licensed electricians will earn 8 hours of CEU credit through the Idaho Division of Building Safety.
