The
Yoga for Better Sleep workshop is designed for individuals eager to practice calming breathing techniques and learn a guided meditation for those nights when sleep eludes you - whether it’s falling asleep in the first place, or falling back to sleep.
Join instructor Amy Toft as she coaches individuals through this course. Students will breathe and practice restorative yoga (basically just lying around on soft props), talk about techniques for good sleep, and enjoy a guided meditation. There will be gift bags and a drawing for prizes at the end.
NOTE: Registered students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
