In this class, we will discover the power of mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of living in the present moment — becoming more aware and engaged with what is happening within and around us, with acceptance and without judgment.

Students will learn simple, practical techniques that can be integrated into their daily lives. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, and creative expression, participants will learn to sense and regulate their nervous system, supporting greater calm, balance, and overall well-being.

We will explore methods that help reduce emotional distress while reconnecting with the body and restoring a sense of safety, curiosity, and playfulness. The emphasis is not on doing it perfectly, but on meeting each moment with kindness and awareness. This class offers a supportive, restorative approach for those experiencing daily or long-term stress — a soft clearing in a busy world.

Everyone is welcome. All genders, all backgrounds. No prior mindfulness or meditation experience is required.
