CourseGraphic  Forging Wire focuses on the essential technique of shaping wire into custom jewelry designs. Students will learn to bend, and twist wire to create unique forms, as well as how to apply texture and strength to their pieces. The course covers the use of different types of wire and tools, allowing for the creation of wire-based jewelry. By the end, participants will have developed the skills to forge wire into functional and artistic jewelry creations.

Students will be able to create 3 or more pair of earrings and /or pendants, depending on use of time. 
Techniques taught: cutting metal, filing, sanding, attaching ear wires, and forging.

Safety with tools! 
Materials are included in tuition.
