In any organization, safety is a priority, yet it's easy to overlook potential hazards when we become accustomed to our environment. "What Do You See?" is an interactive training designed to help participants develop a heightened awareness of safety issues that often go unnoticed. Through practical exercises and discussions, this session will equip participants with the tools to identify common safety concerns, assess risks, and promote a culture of proactive safety improvements. Attendees will learn how to observe their surroundings with a fresh perspective, recognizing hazards before they lead to incidents. By the end of the session, participants will have the knowledge to contribute to a safer, more responsive workplace for all.
