CourseGraphic Judo for Beginners is a course that introduces participants to the fundamental techniques and principles of this dynamic martial art. Suitable for beginners eight years and older, the class offers a structured environment to develop both physical and mental discipline through judo’s traditional practices. Students will learn key skills such as balance, throwing techniques, and ground grappling, enhancing their physical fitness, coordination and self-confidence. it also provides engagement with local tournaments and guest teachers from the USA Elite Rosters.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defense, or engage in a new sport, this course provides a comprehensive introduction to judo. Join us to experience the art of judo and its many benefits firsthand!

NOTE: Students are welcome to join this course any time during the semester.
