CourseGraphic Karate is an excellent way to help develop coordination, confidence, physical fitness and mental strength while gaining valuable social skills. This class is for beginners to advanced students and is affiliated with Shotokan Karate of America (SKA), a non-commercial and non-profit organization that offers authentic, traditional martial arts instruction at affordable rates through more than 140 dojos across the world.

Adult Karate is taught by Jesse Clark, sandan a 3rd degree black belt. Jesse is the head CSI Karate and Self Defense instructor for the College of Southern Idaho.
