You must present a valid form of identification before you can test. The identification document must:

Be government-issued (e.g., driver's license, passport, state-issued identification card or military identification card).
Contain a current photo.
Be a physical copy - we cannot accept photos, screenshots, or copies of identification.
Not be a CSI or other student ID.

You must also provide:

Your social security card; or
A letter from the Social Security Administration that includes your name and Social Security number.
