This instructor-led course is completed entirely in person. Participants will learn, practice, and demonstrate CPR, AED, and First Aid skills with a certified instructor.

Optional Add-On

Heartsaver Total (OSHA Compliant)

Participants may add the OSHA-compliant Heartsaver Total certification to their registration.

Time: 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What Will I Learn?

During this course, you will learn how to:

  • Respond to common first aid emergencies
  • Perform adult CPR
  • Use an AED safely and effectively
  • Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations
  • Provide care until advanced help arrives

Certification Information

Upon successful completion of the course requirements, participants will receive their American Heart Association certification electronically via email
