What will participants learn?  Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 is based on the book by John Maxwell. Its main lesson is that leadership isn’t about titles or positions—it’s about learning to influence others through character, intentional growth, and daily choices. Students will explore how priorities shape their ability to lead, why integrity forms the foundation of trust, and how developing a clear personal vision helps guide decisions and inspire others. They’ll also learn practical skills such as creating positive change and solving problems with confidence, while discovering how disciplined habits and a commitment to continuous improvement unlock their potential as leaders.

What will they walk away with (certifications, cards, etc.)? Connections, book, participant guide.

Who should attend? Anyone who is seeking to build their leadership capability. Whether they are seeking leadership opportunities, they are new to leadership, or if they are seasoned leaders who wants to improve their leadership skills.
