From the Ground Up: The Fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: This workshop will meet you exactly where you’re at to lay the groundwork for understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion. We will define these terms and provide examples of how they manifest both in and outside of the workplace. We will then build your level of comfort around understanding what systemic oppression is, looks like, sounds like, and the way that it perpetuates discrimination.
