The Leaders Lunch and Learn Series provides leads, supervisors and mid-level managers short, fundamental sessions to keep their skills sharp with minimal disruption during their workday. The sessions will be presented in a synchronous live online environment using a Zoom format.
Each topic includes 3 or 4 sessions that leaders can attend for maximum learning or can attend single sessions if they are interested in the content. Leaders may want to attend for many reasons: 1) Address a current skills gap, 2) Enhance existing skills, and 3) Advance in the Leadership path. July Sessions center on Effective Team Communication:
