In this 2-day course, a simple 4-step training method is demonstrated that when practiced, will make training easier and more effective for any trainer. Participants will learn how to effectively break down any job or task and make an effective training aid. In addition to learning effective training methods, participants will learn how to create an effective training plan. The course is designed to be a learn-by-doing experience for the participant. In session 2, participants will practice training others using the tools and methods they have learned.
