This course combines classroom instruction and practical training to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for safe and effective load handling. Participants will learn about sling designs, components, and proper use, including calculations for load weight, sling angle, tension, and center of gravity. The course also covers rigging techniques, sling protection, environmental considerations, and the importance of frequent sling inspections.
