Labor Laws for Construction Workers

This class will review all labor laws that apply to work in the construction industry, including hours worked, overtime, and child labor under the Fair Labor Standards Act; prevailing wage and fringe benefits under the Davis Bacon Act; and others.  Attendees will come away with a good understanding of how the law applies to them.
