Calling all Junior Chefs! CSI Kitchen Academy is a Montessori-inspired cooking academy for kids' ages 9 to 12 years of age. We are focused on providing a safe, inspiring, and empowering space for children to identify, develop, and define their senses and kitchen skills. Through joy, mindfulness, and learning we are creating a positive learning environment that includes kitchen safety, knife skills, proper food handling, food preparation, etiquette manners, table settings, food presentation and of course, math and fun.
